Vaginal ulcers, flu like symptoms, PLEASE HELP!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!! About 4 or 5 days ago, I started to get flu-like symptoms. Body aches, sore throat, fatigue, and headaches. Within the past 2 or 3 days, I realized my area started to hurt when I went to pee. I then noticed about 3 white/yellow ulcers in my area. One on my clit, one on the inside of my vaginal lip, and 1 inside of me. I also have chunky yellow/light brown discharge and slimy white thick discharge. I went to the gyno today to get tested for herpes, and I'm so scared it could be. It just seems impossible because the last time I had sex was 5 months ago, and my partner always used protection except for 1 time. Another thing is that it was my partner and I's first time ever doing anything sexual, meaning we both lost our virginities to one another. I'm hoping it's just a yeast infection.... anyone have something similar or anyone had this happen and KNOW it was a yeast infection??

UPDATE - The blood work and swab for herpes came back negative! I was so nervous this whole week but guys don't lose hope! I still don't know what I had. I have been on "Valacyclovir" for a little over a week now. All symptoms are gone.

Did you get tested for any other sti? Did they confirm it was yeast? I'm having similar symptoms but my dr seems sure its not hsv. I've done 3 swab tests that came back negative and blood work that was negative but its only been a couple of weeks since exposure. The only thing that showed up was yeast but im still concerned.
