I had sex four days ago and had to stop due to discomfort. I thought it might have been an infection because it burned upon penetration and I have a history of yeast/BV. I inserted my finger and realized the pain was in a certain spot so I took a closer look. I have two ulcers relatively deep inside my vagina. It is almost like a hole?! 
What does this look like? Somebody please help I’m scared.
