Vaginal/vulva pain after inserting unclean sex toy

Hi all

So 2 weeks ago i used a sex toy (inserted it) and then used it the next day again without cleaning it as i was lazy (big mistake). Few days later, I started getting an AWFUL odour from my vagina that you could smell through my trousers. Also lots of discharge and really bad pain, throbbing, hot, (hurt to sit). Went to the Dr, got swabbed and tested for everything, came back clear - no bv, no yeast, no sti etc. Dr decided to prescribe me antibiotics anyway since i was in pain - metronidazole which is used for bacterial infections (bacterial vaginosis). i took the course all last week and felt pretty normal at the end! no more odour, pain or discharge. however, on the night i finished the antibiotics, 2 nights ago, i decided to use canesten pessary (at the suggestion of a pharmacist - to prevent a yeast infection from forming - i got given the 3 day pessary treatment). i woke yesterday day with aching around my vulva, and my clitoral area. it looks visibly fine however. im not in extreme pain like i was before the antibiotics but now it still feels sensitive and hot again. i did not continue the canesten pessary treatment. i only did it that one night.

any ideas what the hell is going on with me or what will help me? i dont visibly see any signs of yeast and have no itching or redness down there whatsoever. could this feeling be the start of a yeast infection? it has been almost two days since i inserted the pessary and my vulva and clitoral area is still sore. not sure if this irritation has now been caused by the pessary cream or the bacteria or whatever coming back as i finished the antibiotics. im taking microflora probiotics daily and drinking kefir yogurt too. im completely puzzled as i KNOW this whole problem started because of the unclean sex toy that i inserted 2 days in a row. but for the swab results to come back clear for bv and yeast, then for metronidazole antibiotics to get rid of ALL my symptoms, just for this lingering pain to come back and continue now is just baffling to me? TIA!
