Vaginal warts or smoking tags

I haven't slept with anyone new recently, but i noticed these three bumps. i noticed them about a month ago when I shaved but I summed it up to maybe ingrown hair, but i recently just shaved and they're still there and i got tested not to long ago for herpes and all the other stuff and im HPV vacc I have a Gyno appt in two weeks. im just a little scared of what this is because i love my vagina i get tested every three months so im not sure what this could be. please help me. image
