Vaginal white flat spots wtf is this!

so I JUST noticed these today, they are flat as far as i can tell no puss or liquid in them. They hurt when i touched them since hands can have sweat, they kinda hurt when saliva touches them too. im married so im not sleeping with random people to get this and not know about it. Im not having any irregular discharge or smells.... i plan on going to a doctor but appointment waitlist take forever to pass through. im so worried
