vague chest tightness over 2 months but more noticeble recently

i went to A&E end of September as i noticed a very high heart rate and felt like I was about to pass out. They did blood test, ECG and chest X-Ray, all of which were fine. After this I noticed I had mild tightness in my chest which came and went. A month later, it was more obvious and I noticed it on a daily basis. Now, I can notice it even more, but there is no pain, my heart rate is normal mostly according to my apple watch, I can run/exercise without issues and I breathe ok. Does anyone have any suggestion what this could be? Should I see a cardiologist? I would note a few things:

  • my resting heart rate is typically between 45-70 bpm ( I run a lot and know athletes can have low heart rates)
  • I can sometimes notice the heart rate on the watch fluctuate, but I don't know if this a technical glitch or not.
  • I am relatively healthy and drink alchohol a few times a week but not much. I don't smoke and I am 27 years old.
  • The chest tightness mostly falls in the left side where the heart is, but it is more a dull, vague ache, but there is occasional mild pain.
