Varicocele

he has got a mild varicose veins in left testicular. is there any possible natural treatment like exercise or natural food intakes. some suggest kegel exercises and some suggest foods that enrich blood circulation and testosterone. some one has also suggested "horse-chestnuts" for its quality of being helpful for blood circulation and opening the veins. please suggest the best natural way to get rid of it. does mild varicose veins lead to male infertility too?

how can one avoid being infertile having varicocele?

detailed answers will be much appreciated thankfully.

    There is no cure for varicocele in any system such as natural, yunani, areovedik, homeopathy except with urologist. I had worst experience with all these but at last an urologist surgeon fixed my problem nicely . Yes varicocele gives infertility.
