varicocele embolization procedure - please help!

Hi, I had a varicocele embolization procedure with coils on the 26th of Feb, they said it was successful and told me 3 - 4 weeks is when ill start feeling better, but after the second week i started feeling a lot better, barely feeling it and all, its coming up to the third week now and the last couple days I have started feeling worse again, the pain is back, maybe not as bad as it was but it definitely feels worse than last week. I dont know what I have done, I have not done anything differently, I have not masturbated or anything for nearly 3 weeks (since having the procedure), working normally and I am on light duties at work, trying to avoid as much lifting as I can and it is 12 hour shift and driving and sitting on a forklift for most of it, but I have not done anything differently to what I done last week or the week before, and it was getting better so I dont understand why the last couple of days it feels worse. I have had to deal with this for the last 2 years, I have had an operation and another different procedure before this one and nothing has worked, I finally felt like this one was gonna be it and fix it because I really started to feel better and barely feel it, please can anyone give me advice or anything this is making me seriously depressed, upset and scared, I dont know what to do and I cant move on in my life with the stupid pain, im sick of it now and want it to be over, but nothing is working, I know the recovery is 3 to 6 weeks I have seen mostly is how long it takes, but like I said I started feeling a lot better but the last couple days (whilst I have been working) its started feeling worse again, I dont know if that means it hasnt worked or if its just part of the recovery but things dont get better then get worse again and then get better again, im just really scared and upset about this and I dont know what to do, please can anyone help I really need it, thank you so much for listening.
