Varicose veins and travel

Hello, any opinions on the best way to travel with varicose veins? Im extremely paranoid about the risk of dvt and flying, only going about 3 hours away by plane, but it screams sketch to me. Would driving, or train be better?

    Going by plane is ok but certain things you should you keep in mind like loose clothing, Try to lift your heels more, avoid drinking alcohol ,go for water.
