Varicose/Visible vein under eye.

Hello,

I've had a horrible eye condition for the past several months that causes my eyes to sting terribly several times a day for some reason, the only way to relieve it is to rinse my eyes out with water either in the sink or by taking a shower. Today I noticed a visible vein under my eye that definitely wasn't there the night before, it's blue/purple and doesn't stick above the surface. It's pretty faint but it's bothering me.

I know it's unlikely but I'm hoping it will fade given some time, short of that I'm hoping there's a supplement or some kind of at-home treatment I can do to make it disappear. I've been reading online and I've heard Horse Chesnut, Diosmin, Butchers Broom and a few other things can help, has anyone here had any experience with these or know if they can help? I'd really appreciate any advice anyone can offer.

It may seem silly, but I would recommend visiting an ophthalmologist.  I wouldn't risk anything going wrong with my eyes.  I also think your question has nothing to do with varicose veins.

    Good luck!

It might be happen due to infection around your eyes. You should consult with some specialist immediately to get rid off from this problem. Take care.
