Variety of Problems - Looking For Advice

This will be rather long as a forewarning.

Prelude:

in 2016 it all began with a bout of severe diarrhea that lasted for almost 6 months. We never found out why, but I also developed IBS and malabsorption as a result.

This lead to me being homebound for a good portion of the year. I started getting severe fatigue, memory problems, etc and eventually got the chronic fatigue syndrome diagnosis.

Through the months of testing we also found out that my B12 had gotten low though not pernicious. I also had hashimotos antibodies but no disease developed yet.

Current:

after a lot of reconditoning, doing things from home, etc I've made a decent recovery. My weight has lifted from 49KG to 72KG, my water intake is great and I'm eating healthy. I don't look sickly now either. Building some muscle after the atrophy also.

The issue:

This year my memory and sleep have gone down the drain. Started suffering from severe insomnia in February, my memory is beyond terrible, my motivation is at an all time low, I keep getting heart palpitations, constant dry lips and Parethesia in my feet. Random small dizzy spells, my mind is virtually always in a cloud (just can't focus or think, I literally can't retain any information properly), hair has also thinned out a lot.

I never truly thought I got the right diagnosis with CFS, especially considering they never ruled out things like diabetes, however i also considered that I was just being paranoid.

Anyways, I've had a lot of introspective confusion. more to the point I'm not quite sure if I should look into the mental health area, ie depression or anxiety or if it's something more physical. I havent been anywhere due to quarantine including the doctors as I'm in the vulnerable category.

I've been having a lot of trouble identifying things in myself, like when I'm anxious / being too anxious or if say my more apathetic manner is a result of a problem or just generally being stoic. I usually just go for Occams Razer but I'm beginning to believe the simplest explanation is not the correct one here.

Details:

gender - male.

age - 20.

preexisting conditions- CFS, IBS.

All I'm really wondering is where I should be worried, if I'm just overcomplicating it as in its just a result of the problems I already have, etc. in methods to test if it might be anxiety / depression, etc.

Thank You.

Have you sought any kind of medical attention? If so what did they tell you?

All of your problems started in the gut.. I would look there. Parasites, fungal or mold infection is my guess. Read up on the gut/brain connection if you haven't already. Get to a good naturopathic or holistic doctor asap, and good luck. Be safe.

You need to get a full set of bloods done including blood sugar and vitamin and mineral testing. B12 deficiency can affect your stomach, give you paresthesia, make you tired as well as give you palpitations. How do you take vitamin b12 are you getting shots? I have trouble absorbing vitamins and I was vitamin D deficient which made my hair start falling out and my nails become weak and split so maybe you are having vitamin d deficiency too, this can affect your sleep, stomach and make you dizzy too. I also was low in B12 I now take sprays and supplements. Vitamin deficiencies will make your anxiety go up because your body is not behaving as it should. Get some blood tests done and see what is happening.
