Vascular Loop on MRI and constant diziness and Neuriritis

i am desperately looking for happy stories or assurances.

woke up sept 2020 with diziness brainfog vertigo room spinning etc. diagnosed with vestibular neuritis but did an mri few days ago because i kept having really bad days. diziness is constant just some days worse and same days better.

MRI found a blood vessel looping around my balance and hearing nerve so now im having scary conversations with brain surgeons and neurologists.

please tell me if your mri found something like this and diziness went away without brain surgery.

i keep having these bad episodes / days every 3 to 4 days and ENT says thats not normal neuritis. phisical therapy started three weeks ago but not helping.
