Vasectomy - Bruising

Hello All,

I had a regular vasectomy a few weeks ago and had bruising all around my scrotum as well as the shaft of my penis. It looked horrible black and blue. While most of it has dissipated , I still have a small area on the shaft that has not gone away yet, My doctor said it will eventually but could take time to get the blood moving again in certain areas.

Everyone heals different.

Wanted to ask you all if that has ever happened to you.

    It's common. I was off work 4 weeks as the pain and bruising was so bad.

    I had a reversal.  I never thought it was possible to have so much bruising. 

    Don’t worry it goes away and no one will be any the wiser.
