Vedolizumab for crohns

i am starting the above treatment in 2 weeks and wondered if anyone had tried this, what side effects you had and whether it had helped. I have tried infliximab, methotrexate, adalimumab, steroids, 2 bowel resection ops and I am currently on azathioprine. Up to now nothing has worked and since the 2nd op the ulcers came straight back. My condition causes pain, diarrhoea and weight loss. Thank you.

    Hi, I haven't heard if the drug either.  Sorry, you are going through a bad patch, hope things can improve.

      Hi, it is new for Crohns, used a lot in USA. It works directly on your gut, so hoping it will help to heal the ulcers.  Thank you.
