Vein-like looking changes on penille head.

I had this vein looking changes on my penile head for a few weeks now. I was even at urologist/andrologist a few days ago but he didn't tell me much and just said "it's thin skin and could be see through sometimes" but they are popping out and not just see through as I was there for USG mostly I feel like he didn't pay much attention so I'm a bit worried as I didn't find anything similar on the internet. Should I be worried?
