Vein shaped lump/bump

Ive had this for as long as i have been able to retract my foreskin.

It has grown in a few years. Gets a bit larger and stiffer when i touch it. Wont pop, moves a bit under the skin like a vein would but the part that is most visible at all times doesnt. It gets bigger (or maybe is more visible) when i squeeze my ding dong. It isnt a vein because when i look at it with a flashlight it is just like regular skin (see thru). It has kinda started to bother me cosmetically, (have been asked on what that is). It is also harder than a vein. on some of the pictures im squeezing my dic to make it more visible. I just want to know it is.

    Dear beercans,

It's probably a small sebaceous/epidermoid cyst (Google). It can be removed under local but you'd have to accept a small risk of scarring and recurrence. If it's not hurting or affecting your sexual function, I'd leave it.

One final thought- I see you have a piercing. Is the lump the site of a previous piercing?? If it was, then it could be a foreign body reaction (i.e. something was left behind).

    Adhari.

I have never had any other piercings. The one i have healed without any problems. The lump was there before it.
