Vein showing under foreskin

This is mainly noticable when flaccid but can kind of poke out when erect as well (i just adjust my foreskin so it rolls back in). When I roll it just past my head when flaccid it pokes out, when I retract the foreskin further you can see its quite long. Is this normal? I dont seem to have any issue with it. its been like that forever i think and i dont have any issues with it apart from being a bit gross looking. I havent had sex but i dont have issues with masturbation.
First photo is it poking out a little. Second is it in full length. both flaccid. I dont normally retract my foreskin as far as the 2nd photo.

Can anyone offer any advice please? Sorry to be needy it's just causing me a lot of anxiety and I won't be able to go the doctor for about 5 days.

So here is the situation as it would seem using some of your own explanation: " its been like that forever i think and i dont have any issues with "
The photos would suggest that while this may be unusual it is the natural way that your penis has developed, and yes it would be best to get a doctor to check it for you.
The doctor may suggest that you see a Urologist who are specialist at dealing with issues like this.
It would seem from your later comment that this is causing you a great deal of anxiety and the only way to deal with this is to get properly checked by a medical professional ....

Thanks for that. I know you only said to double check with the doctor but it helps.
I have a (hopefully) unrelated issue with urination at the moment and will be going to see a urologist about that anyway as soon as I go to the doctor for a referral (was told to try some tablets for a while and if they dont work he'd send me to a urologist).
I'll also be finally asking about therapy for my anxiety too lol (I don't usually have anxiety about medical issues, more social stuff, but things are getting on top of me at the moment mentally).

Thanks for the further information. Simply, when you have anxiety around health issues the only way to resolve that would be to get the issues successfully dealt with by the appropriate medical professionals - recognising that you have issues that need therapeutic intervention is good, now you need to address that, talking to someone such as a doctor and taking the next steps is even better.
Good luck
If you see a Urologist updating your Forum Post here would be helpful ....

I just got back from a urologist. The appointment was about another issue with urination but I asked him about this as well.
He said it's fine some people just have more prominent veins than others.
