Vein twitching?

I was just wondering if your veins can twitch? Like an hour ago I was about to fall back asleep and my dad yelled for some reason I think he was watching the news and I jolted up and turned my head to the right to see if he was ok, he was. But when I tried going back to sleep I felt like there was a twitch or pulsating feeling on the left side of my neck. If I counted correctly it was like about 3-4 twitches/pulses. Then like 3 minutes after I felt a pain in sort of the same location like on the trapizuis muscle that lasted about 5 minutes.

I'm scared it could be the vein but the location is a little off from the location of the artery in our neck

I don't feel anything right now

I have been stressing a lot lately if you guys have noticed how many times I've posted on here

But I fear heart attack or stroke and a million other health problems

I get muscle twitches everywhere! Does it kind of look like your skin is getting sucked into your bones? I've asked many doctors about this. It's totally normal

Bloody twitches used to drive me mad,I got them everywhere. The worst for me was the fingers and thumbs. It's most definitely your nerves matey, once I recovered from anxiety they stopped, they do show their ugly face every bluemoon but I ignore them and they go withing minutes. If you concentrate on them you'll get them everywhere, and I mean everywhere,I had them in my árse cheeks once. Mine felt like bubbling water travelling down my vains. I remember the day I got them. I was googling my new symptom (stiff neck) ended up on some forum for some nasty disease, and one of the symptoms to this illness was twitching,as soon as I read it I started to twich, and I'm not exaggerating,it happen there and then. It took minutes to get twitches and 12 months to get rid.
