Veiny palms? looks almost like someones drew on my hands?

does any one have this? its mainsly in my left hand. it looks like someones scribbled blue pen all over my hand. 

it goes up my fingers too? 

I had blood tests due to me having anxeity attacks but they came back clear? 

any ideas? am i paranoid from my anxety

    Cold can cause it and testing by your doc is the best way to go! This is a special health issue and needs attention.

    how long lave you had it ? Sometimes the veins accompanied by blue fingers. 

    Have you health professional,address this soon.

      ive litreally had a good 2 weeks since i noticed them, it was around the same time i started having sever panic attacks and my blood pressaure been a little high due to these attacks but in last couple of days the veins are coming and going.

      it is sounding like your blood pressure was much too high.

      If these veins return, go and have a blood pressure test while the veins are enlarged.

    This is EXACTLY what I'm having... no blood tests though... any feedback as to what it is? I have bad anxiety too so you can imagine how antsy I am at the moment.
