Ven;afaxine - Scared to start

28yr old Female. I have GAD and OCD have been attending CBT for the past 2 years but my stress and worry is over threshold, social anxiety and becoming obsessed and paranoid about every little worry.

I visited the MH practicioner at my surgery last week and I have been prescribed 75mg slow release Venlafaxine - I don't know what time of day to take as I struggle with sleep, fibro and chronic migraines. I also am absolutely TERRIFIED to take it due to researching and reading review on forums comparing side effects and withdrawals to narcotic drugs.

Please help
