Venafaxaline dose increase

i was on venafaxaline initially 37.5 mg and increased to 75 mg back in December while i was hospitalized. That dose worked for me until near the end of April and i was hospitalized again and my dose was increased to 150 mg and i have been on that dose for 18 days now. Im also on mirtazapine 15 mg during this time as well. How long should I realistically allow for the increased dose to start working completely ?
