Hi I've recently come of veneflaxine 225mg for a year and a half don't know how I did it but asked my doctor to go down to 150mg cause it was making me sick dizzy and not helping at all. So just started 150mg today does anyone else doing this

You did right seeking your Dr's advice before lowering your dose.
It could be that the side effects of that medication are too much for you and could be worth seeking a change of medication.
Because you've lowered doses by 75mg, you may experience these side effects and a few more for a couple of weeks whilst you adjust to the levels.. Stick it out for a couple of weeks and seek your Dr's advice if things don't improve (unless it's going to turn into a medical emergency, Then I wouldn't wait I would contact the Dr/hospital)
