hello all is it better to take venlafaxine at nite i take 250 mg capsule mod release iv been on ven 20 years but the older i am getting the effects are changing feeling low and drowsy in the morning i forgot to take my ven the other day i was feeling ok at 2.00 in the afternoon i took my ven within an hour i started to feel low drowsy and groggy.. would it help to take it at bed time im 70 yrs youngthank you all
