Venlafaxine and caffeine

hi so iv been on venlafaxine and mirtazapine for over 5 months now its been a bumpy road to say the least with good times and bad. Just recently i learned that my caffeine intake was alot and could be the reason why i wasnt recovering soni quit caffeine cold turkey 3 weeks ago and my anxiety is really high, i dont know whether its withdrawal from the caffeine or not has anybody else experienced this

    I drink a lot of caffeine and also take venlafaxine I think if anything I would just cut down on caffeine not stop completely it probably is no good for anxiety but when I took fluoxetine it seemed to mix well with the tablets

      ok since iv stopped completely my anxiety is terrible like alot of tension in my hands and jaw and stuff its not nice im at the dr on monday so ill see what he says
