hi all i am on venlafaxine . a112 mg and now 50 mg sert together ... i tried mirt but the weight gain and hunger cravings where awfull .. so my GP changed me to mert . has any one else been on these two medsthank you

I was on both for a few weeks but Venlafaxine was making me feel so tired that I came of it and now only on SERT 200. I was on VEN 225 and SERT 50.

Hi Ala,
how are you doing on 200 ? im week 4 on 150 and i was feeling pretty almost normal week 3 but since i started week 4 yesterday i got back to the anxiety and scared thinking that i will never get better .
any advice from your experience ?

Hi, I am not my normal self yet but I have improved. I am doing more during the day as well. I only feel anxious and worried when my mood is lower.... I worry then that SERT is not working and I will never get better. It's my 8th week on 200mg and I think the progress and changes are very slow... it does take up to 8 weeks on a correct dose to feel better if you were bad. I know how frustrating it is because I have been on Sert for 21 weeks now and still not 100%. Time and patience... I run out of my patience a long time ago but had to keep going... I hope you continue to improve. Give 150 at least 6-8 weeks. x
