Venlafaxine ER and Mulitivitamins

I'm wondering if taking a standard multivitamin with Venlafaxine is okay? I'm hoping that taking a vitamin will also balance out energy levels.

Hi, I can't see why not. I take Multi vitamins & Iron, tablets and have done, in the past and haven't Noticed any problems. If you're worried at all, check with your Doctor, they Should be able to access more information than Us..the people that take the Meds.. Which Really Bugs me! We should be able to find out more than we are able.. The world running-out of a Medication, such as the Instant Release Venlafaxine is a disgrace and I could not find Any information at the time as to the Reason. Sorry, but if the Company/s that manufacture V-Fax run out and it's not the first time..what are We meant to do..Suffer..that's why I have decided I am going to gradually come off it and see how I do..been on it for Years. Best wishes

Didn't know that instant release is gone/being phased out. Maybe its just a certain part of the world. Hope everything works out with you trying to come off these meds. I heard it may be hard but if you are determined then it can be done!

      Good luck!
