Can I just check......I currently take one tablet 150 mg and another tablet of 37.5 mg. Can you tell me if it is ok to convert the 150 mg into four tablets of 37.5 mg? My reason is the pharmacy have changed the brand of the 150 mg tablet and it doesn't agree with me. I intend to speak to GP tomorrow but in the meantime I wondered if I can do as suggested?
