I came down from 40mg of cit to 0mg over about 2 or 3 months. The day i stopped the cit i started on 37.5mg of ven then went up over avout 4 weeks to 150mg. I d say it took a couple of months to really work. Coming of the cit was ok. I am on other meds too.

    Hi Sammy,

i just moved up to 150xl today. Was on 37.5 for a month, then, 75 for a month, and 112.5 for six weeks. Saw improvement with each increase. I thought I could stop at 112.5 ,felt great, up till a week ago when anxiety started reappearing so I pushed up again. Most people go up much quicker than I have but I was very cautious. I have gotten side effects with each push up. In the beginning more anxiety, stomach ache and bad gas with cramps, also constipation. Also some headaches. They lasted about two to three weeks but went away> I am hopping this dose will be the one,

Hi Lynn. I’m on 112 mg’s and lately I have been feeling a bit crappy. Feel good for a few days then I feel crappy. Headaches, brain buzzing and so on. I feel great after I do accupuncture. I’m also wondering about if I have to increase again. Let me know how your feeling please. So I can see if an increase is in my futur!!!!  Enjoy your day.
