Venlafaxine headaches

I have been on Vensir 300mg since October along with other medications since October. I am prone to headaches but have experienced at least one bad headache every week and a tension headache pain would be common. I am taking paracetamol and anadin every week as a result. I had the worst migraine of my life last week where I couldn’t even keep water down rolleyes I have had migraines before but rarely not completely debilitating for four days. I am feeling a lot better in my mental health but migraines and headaches are so prevalent now. I think it needs to be tapered but I’m worried it will affect my depression again. Has anyone else had worsening of headaches on Vensir 300mg?
