I have been on venlafaxine for several years and have been taking 3 each 50 mg one time per day. I have been placed on one each 150 mg once per day. Has anyone else experienced any problems making that transition?

i dont know but i would imagine it would be no difference same dose expecially if you take them all at once
can you stat on efexor xr for years?

the only experience i got was brain zaps.which sometimes happen if i am late taking it best to take it same time every day .

I found extended release much better but my surgery stopped prescribing it due to being more expensive. It was more forgiving if you were a bit late taking it.
