hi all,
just some info for those going through withdrawal and suffering brain zaps. I took high strength 5HTP for the first 10 days of withdrawal and they really
helped. I stopped taking them 2 days ago as I thought they had stopped but they have come back today. So they definitely work. I'd advise anyone to try them!
im going back on them tonight.
