I have been taking venlaflaxine zopicol and diazapam since 21/03/17 during this time twice the specialist team have been 3 and 2 days late with medication today he came with the medication basically calling me a liar that I had not phoned stating I had no medication . Proof is in my phone he still referred to his lap top and stated no I only phoned yesterday ...really I am a liar and he can't count to 7 they prescribe the medication 7 days at a time so what now I take the 7 days worth or I bin them . Twice these so called professionals have done this to me no one can ever find any thing in my medical history about any thing I ever say what is the point . If your not rich with a family you don't count if it's no wrote down it never happened . So what can I expect day 4 today has been cry anger cry cry want to die will tomorrow be worse ?

I'm so sorry Debra, this makes no sense why would they do only seven days at a time? Usually it's 30 and they allow to refill a few days before u pick up. I would get names and times of who you spoke with. When can you fill your meds. Effexor is not a narcotic people don't binge take them to my knowledge. Please hang in there? Sorry if I ask a lot of questions. When do u start taking the effexor again? As soon as I am not familiar with the other two meds. So have you been on nothing? How many mg of effexor are u on once you get it take it and try to sleep you should feel better once it gets in your system. Im not sure if the other meds have something to do with it but it shouldn't. I've never heard of 7 days at a time unless you pay cash and even then the pharmacy has the script for 3 days and you have them fill it weekly as you can afford. Keep me posted. Best of luck. Never give up

300mg venlaflaxine daily 5mg diazepam 3 times a day and 3.75mg zopiclone each night . Zopiclone is a sleeping tablet . I am in UK the phycologist team bring the meds when they visit of they put the prescription threw the door. So I have had nothing for 3 days now .

Some new person came with the meds earlier with a lecture of you need to take the medication regularly . This is the second time this has happened so that's me done I am not taking them. Take the drugs and be a zombie with no life don't take them and be a crazy wreck with no life. I have seen approx 20 different people in the last couple of months they come tell me they are going to help me leave and repeat . I can't stand it however they apologise, they can stick their apologies and tablets their promises and lies. Now I am ranting on like a nut job sorry, thank you for replying

Venting is fine that is why we are here. 300mg is ablot and not having it for a few days will make you sick. I guess the U.K. Is completely from the U.S. are you able to work? Get out of bed ? I'm asking because when I came off 300 mg cold turkey I was a mess. I hope you are doing better.

Off work at the moment, which does not help me,apart from work I rarely see anyone . Which gives me to much time to think. Have had the dreams and nightmares awake between , so feel exhausted this morning 8.30 am uk time.

Yesterday complete mess crying head ache, I would just like to sleep for a couple of hours, the sleeping tablets make me feel like I have a hang over after waking up so I am not taking any of it .

How long were you in the "mess" ill from the withdrawal?

Or did you go back on them?

Right now I don't even recognise my own reflection in the mirror . I know I am a mess , just don't know what to do. I am going to try and sleep without being an avatar or person like me running up and down stairs , dreaming about weird and mad things . The cocktail of the 3 drugs has me a mess anyway . Not sure if it's day 3 or 4 now but I guess it's going to get worse
