Vergo keeps coming back

hi all,

i first got vertigo over 2 months ago which at first lasted for 5 weeks. it disappears for about a week and returns and now its back for the 4th time that lasted 2 hours not the actual vertigo but the floating sensation i get afterwards followed by severe tiredness.

going by my symptoms the doctor thinks I've got BVV but whenever i do the eply i dont get dizzy which if i had BVV i would.

should i do the eply when I'm feeling dizzy as i usually do it wen the dizziness has gone.

even doing the bandt test i dont get dizzy. im really concerned i could have meniers disease as apart from the vertigo i get a floating sensation which can last days. they say mieners disease can last from 20mins to several hours but would that be a constant spinning sensation or is that the whole episode including the floating sensation?

i suffered like this for about 18 months and slowly things are settling.

have you hurt your neck at all in the last few years or suffer from bad posture?

Do NOT go on to Mirtazapine if they tell you its all in your head.

So how long does the actual spinning last? And when do they occur - when you roll over in bed, just casually sitting... etc? When you first got it 2 months ago how long did the actual vertigo last and how did it occur? Do you feel fullness in your ear and do you hear ringing? Any feeling of pressure?
