Vericocele after accident

Hi last April I had a motorcycle accident off road, and basically my testicles took the full force of the impact aswell as part of my penis. I had no health issues with my genitals what so ever before this. My testicles were bruised for about 7 weeks. I felt straight after the accident like my testicle had changed shape almost once the swelling and bruising went down my testicles had visibly shrunk the doctor confirmed a grade 3 vericocele doctor could not believe I still had my testicles after he had seen the a couple of days after accident had absolutely no idea what they were until this accident like I said no problems at all before, my ex gf got pregnant so I knew I had good sperm. Also after the accident I noticed my semen had changed consistency and less in quantity. Since the accident my life has been terrible I used to be extremely happy, but straight away my testosterone dropped that was hell is still bad but not as bad since the operation partly cycological and partly medical improvements. Used to just think about sex and I used to have to hide my erections. Don't need to worry bout that anymore. So basically testicles shrunk, atrophy the tissue in the testicles dying because there's not the proper nutrients and blood flow getting to them. My penis has also shrunk by about .75 inch girth and .25 inch length. I never once had depression and there is no depression related to my large family. This caused me depression but I would never take anything for it nor would I recommend it drug companies want you on them so they can make more money!!!! I went to the doctors I've had afew ultrasounds at the start of this which showed the vericocele was getting worse. About 3 months after accident my testicles again got very sore not just the usual ache caused by the accident. Went to the docs he said I might have a infection / epiditimytis caused by the accident he prescribed me the ciprofloxacin antibiotics whatever you do don't take more than a couple of these tablets I took them for two weeks nearly killed myself through the absolute shit they put in there mind bending stuff I've done more recreational types of drugs and had bad come downs but this blew them out the water just do not take them. I've aleayd been fit and healthy playing football doing physical jobs and attending the gym. But I've lost alot of muscle since partly through my t levels dropping and I'm addiment the antibiotics caused muscle and cartlidge shrinkage!!! The loss of libido has been horrific because of the t levels dropping.

    Just to add to that my girlfriend at the time couldn't believe the shrinkage both of the testicles and penis and I can confirm this loss through measuring my tackle at 19 and there's certainly no other way they had shrunk even though now I'm 27. Also had some bad veins on the penis come through that we're not there before the accident it was alot smoother although I appreciate everyone is different my penis was not veiny. So if this accident or similar happens to you first of all don't panic, limit masturbation to once a week use aloe Vera on both penis and testicles.

    Hello,

    You have low testosterone. Are you on terstosterone? YOU NEED Testosterone! You will feel like crap without it. What is your level?

    A Varicocele will rob you of testosterone and libido! Because of the week blood flow out of the testes it can back flow into your prostate causing it to enlarge and cause further problems, ultimately I have read even cancer.

    Apparently, it's a relatively simple surgical procedure to correct it.

    I'm having a scan done myself soon and hopefully repaired swiftly after.

    I took the ciprofloxacn. Every since I took it I have have a dripping sensation from my testicles. And am loseing my erection and my sack is slowing filling up with liquid I feel. What should I do.?
