vertebral artery dissection

hello, i will try to explain my problem , my english is not perfect, i had an artery dissection that was confirmed just now but not seen when i had it, it was 3 years ago, doctors did not believe me, i was lying on my bed for two years, i have sequellea at my nerves an muscles neck and face and eye i did not have any anticoagulant at that time, if i had some i would not have all the problem i have now? is that right? and also can it heal after 3 years more? thank you
