I know the feeling. I have been struggling with this too for about a week  The very odd thing is that I get this every March/April  and then again  Sept/Oct.

Mine starts in the morning as I am getting out of bed, or turning my head, so I guess it is DPPV..

Just feel awful, Throughout the day I get these odd feelings of unsteadiness, and quick wisps of dizzy/  Just so hard to explain.   Sometimes I go into having the sweats too

    What did your doctor say?

You would think, but I had the allergy testing and all was good.

Just so weird that is is seasonal.; I just read about it though. I guess they have researched this and it appears that this can happen.  Boston Hosptal did some research on it and found there were more episodes March/April   and again in Sept/Oct.

Something wlse that has been linked to this time of vertigo is Lowe vitamin D.....interesting
