Sounds horrendous Kath. I have intermittent vertigo which is difficult enough but at least I know it will pass. Keep trying new things and don't give up asking for help, its a miserable thing to have. In my experience People who have not experienced it don't understand how horrible it is. Sometimes it feels like we have reached the end of the line and have to put up with things which can be very depressing. I have found some good videos on youtube with different neck exercises on which I am currently trying.

    Good luck.
