Vertigo and diziness for more than 3 weeks

Hello everybody, maybe You can help me with my disease or it is a chance I will meet here someone who has similar symptoms.

Everything started 22 days ago, In the morning in the bed I experienced sudden severe vertigo lasting few minutes. I thought I was dying. Nausea and vomitting came next. About three more attacks followed later.

Since that time Im dizzy all the time, cant drive, cant walk except at home touching walls and other objects in case of falling.

I visited three neurologists, ENT, GP and spend almost a day at ER. A lot of tests have been made, CT scan, blood, neck spine xray, neck doppler, audiography, dix hallpike test, neurological tests and everything showed negative.

I feel very bad, as hangovered and Im totally off, not working, sitting all day.

Im on Betahistine almost three weeks but doesnt work.

I read some articles and think it can be Vestibular Neuritis or vestibular paroxismia of nerve VIII but no diagnosis still. Doctors just prescribe new meds and thats it!

Im 38 and I want my life back 😦((
