Vertigo and hgv licence

In october 2015 i was hospitalised with severe vertigo. I was never informed i had 2 tell dvla. It was only recently i found out i was suppose 2. I have had no attacks since so should i inform them and risk having my licence suspended or say nothing and risk being found out

    It would have made more sense reporting at the time if the Vertigo was prolonged or presented without warning.

    If it is an ongoing issue documented by your GP then i guess you would need to inform your car insurer and DVLA as you may be liable should you have an accident whilst driving. I have read people have reported various issues in respect of vertigo, labrynhitis or MD some continue you drive following reporting issues to DVLA and others end up with a suspended licence for 3 months or so.

    Its a tricky one however you said you haven't had any issues since 2015 so I would not bother.
