Vertigo or fainting? Not sure.

I am a mess. I have been struggling with chronic severe pain that would leave me in bed for months. I have been having vision problems, severe fatigue, weakness, lightheadedness, "feeling like something bad is going to happen, pins and needles, numbness. Face and head pressure... The works.
Thankfully most of the widespread pain and pins in needles have left. However, I have developed two new symptoms recently. A month ago I got depersonalization, de-releasiation and memory problems.. I can remember its just very hard to, foggy.
Two nights ago I developed what I think is vertigo. When I lay down I get all weird almost like I'm moving and dizzy. At the same time this feeling feels like I'm going to pass out its very hard to decipher.
I have had pressure in my face consistently for months, but now I have pressure in the back of my head and now vertigo, or what I think is vertigo. I need help! I don't know what to do. I feel like something bad is going to happen.
I have been to my gp who thought anxiety. When it got worst I underwent numerous blood tests and then eventually specialists appointments. Ent and neurology both of them half-" based" examined me and the ent said "nothing was wrong" while the neuro said "migraines" on top of other rude comments.
This is a constant thing not a one off migraine that happens monthly. Now the vertigo is appearing. I am at my wits end I don't know what to do.
Someone please shine a light into my life! I fear the worst!

Darn also a popping and creaking sound when I turn my neck. I'm not even 20 yet... Not that I'm criticising its just the gp keeps saying you're too young for anything serious... Well I feel like crap and honestly I'm too tired to feel anxious. So it isn't anxiety related.

first off don't freak out. I have been the way you are describing yourself for eight years. It seems That it's a vestibular issue. If you go to Facebook And look up vestibular issues you will find a group. There are many people there like us. They can help support you. It could also be a cervical issue. You may want to get your neck x-rayed and have a chiropractor look at it.

I had silent migraines which causes vision problems, light sensitivity, balance problems and feeling as though I wasn't quite in the room. I was given Nortriptyline by a consultant otoneurologist which helped me 80% improvement.

The pressure is from my forehead down past my cheeks. It caused my left ear to plug up, and I have to constantly hold my nose and blow to pop it. This also gives me a feeling of off balance and sometimes dizzy.
Neuro says it migraines but I never get a headache..I had mri and bone spect scan but nothing shows up
This has been going on for years, and causes me such anxiety
