Vertigo 🤢PPPD

I’ve had vertigo for 7 years. I’ve always been able to just deal with it.. but my latest bout of vertigo has been brutal, it’s changed my life! For 3 months now I’ve felt like I’ve been living on a boat, I’m always rocking and when I get really bad my head goes cloudy, like foggy... a week ago I was diagnosed with DDDP( persistent posturing-perceptual dizziness) I’ve tried medication  and I’ve tried doing the epley maneuver myself without success. The only relief I’ve had is from a chiropractor, but it didn’t last long, but It has been able to get me back to work! I really thought I’d have to leave my job! I am going to see a physiotherapist in a couple of days. Hopefully he can have better luck🤞Has anyone else been diagnosed wth PPPD? How long has it lasted?  Has any treatment worked?  Oh and I’m 39 years old..
