Vertigo same day every week

Hello All

 

I was diagnosed with MS 3 years ago.  One of my symptoms was  sudden Vertigo.  One minute I am fine then suddenly the vertigo hits.  It’s quite intense and last for about 5 minutes.  I just sit where I am, close my eyes and wait till it passes.  I am normally ok afterwards, sometimes I feel really tired and queasy.  I have tried to find the trigger over the years but no luck.  It always comes on out of the blue and I could be doing anything from relaxing in bed, to driving, at my desk, shopping etc. 

On average it could happen once a week but for the past 4 weeks it has happened every Wednesday which I find really strange.

Does any ever get sudden Vertigo like this?   Any ideas why it might happen on the same day of the week?

Any input would be much appreciated

    if you dont have digestion issues like IBS,GASTRITIS or gallstones, please check your vestibular , VNG Test , if the test results are positive  physcial therapy exercise will help.
