VERTIGO THIS MORNING

I tried to do the vertigo exercises this morning. But it didn't work so I will be seeing a vestibular therapist next week. Today i took a meclizine 2.5 mg and valium 5 mg. and a mucus relief pill to fell better. Presently this afternoon I am starting to feel nausea so I am taking the meclizine which is an antihistimine. Valium that helps me to not feel so scared and it also is good to get rid of the vertigo.

I notice my left ear has a slight pain so I think there is something wrong with my ear. I am going to go see a specialist doctor to see why I am having pain in my left ear.

Send someone to go buy you Bonine 25 mg or dramamine for the motion sickness.

I was sick a few weeks ago with the severe vertigo for 4 days. I was in the hospital and they had a bad attitude towards me being sick with vertigo. They don't consider it an illness. But my doctor knows about it and gave me the meds for my problem.

I hope you and I can find a cure for our vertigo problem. Sorry.

Your vestibular therapist will tell you that taking meclazine and Valium will only prolong the healing process of the brain.   As you do your exercises.   Yes it will make You nauseated and make you grab for a trash can.   Take it slow but do them.  It does help!  I have been at this for 2 years.   The only time I take Valium is when I have to ride in a car for more than 2 hours.    Some who have this issues will tell you the only way they can make it through the day is with Valium.  Wear the sea sick arm bands.  It helps naturally with nausea.   Good luck! You do have to push yourself to get better
