Vertigo, tinnitus - MRI in 3 weeks

I have suffered from vertigo , tinnitus for 5 months now, 2 months ago my left face went numb and my left eye started drooping with a sharp pain in the back of my head. My left arm also has a bad pain and my left foot has lost feeling. I have also been looking concentration and can't remember what I was doing th I lasts for about 20min until I can remember what I'm doing again.
Today I saw a ENT specialist as the serc didn't work. He seems to think nothing is wrong as I'm too young (32) but he is sending me for an MRI to make sure. He said if it comes back clear I must just learn to be positive and live with it.
Anyone else had the same symptoms?
I feel that there is more to all this.

I'm no expert Barbara, but that sounds ridiculous. One of the other disorders that has Vertigo as a symptom said something about numbness or sagging in part of the face and maybe even the left eye drooping.
My husband said his sister had something called Bells Palsy years ago before he and I met and I know his boss had it some years back and it involved half of their faces drooping. I know that they each had it for a while, but they don't have it anymore and their faces are back to normal.
Maybe ask around or do some research to find a better ENT? Good luck!!

I'm not a doctor, but have you been checked for a stroke? The MRI should pick anything like that up! And I'd be seeing a new doctor

The pharmacist suggested a stroke.
My stomach is very unpredictable. Runs for days on end then I'm ok for a day then back to using bathroom 4-6 times a day.

All that scary stuff said, there is a condition called hemiplegic migraine, and another called basilar migraine. You could look those up to see if symptoms fit.

Barbara, my Neuro just sent me to phys therapy for my jaw. I have no real jaw pain, but went 2 yrs ago and it got rid of all the left side symptoms I was having, as well as the dizziness and tinnitus. I went today hoping it will work again. I was surprised to hear my therapist, who is well respected by many Dr's, suggest that upper cervical care (a very specialized form of chiropractic) may help me. She referred me to a specific person, so I am going to give it a go. I know they need to be specially certified.
