Vertigo/vestibular migraine alternative medicine ideas needed

Hi,

I have just myself into a panic.

Long story short I have been diagnosed with vestibular migraine, start 3.5 years ago. I have been on every med going some with awful side effects. The latest one has been the best but suddenly seems to have stopped working and I am not off work again.

I just upset myself thinking about having to try another new one. I mentally don't think I can do it.

Some I am wondering if anyone has taken a natural route such as vitamins, acupuncture. Have you have any success any ideas will help.

Just to clarify, I always end up on highest does of meds so can't up them and I have taken all diet and lifestyle changes into account. I am better then I was but no where near to be able to work full time/have a normal life

I don't have best tubular migraines but there are groups on Facebook. Go to Facebook and type in vestibular migraines and join those groups.

Have you been to an ENT specialist to determine the exact cause of the migraines?  This would likely require an MRI or CAT Scan of the middle and inner ear.

Just a thought could you have been misdiagnosed?  Could this dizziness be anxiety?  Remember you don’t need to have anxiety attacks....also have you been seen by a neuro Vision optometrist ...

They told me I have vestibular migraines and yes like you been through a lot of testing and several meds.  Nothing worked.  Been off of everything almost 2 years now. A neurologist wanted to put me on topamax. .  I said no way.

did you rule out the migraine is not due to the digestion issues like gastrits, non working gallbladder or gallstones ? Is your digestion good ?
