Very bad chest discomfort

I had a heart attack years ago, I didn't seek for any medical attention though. I am so bad when it comes to strenous activities, my face easily turns pale and I have a huge trouble when it comes to breathing. Years ago, I suffered also from shortness of breathing (especially at nights, I have to breath thorugh my mouth) I have this "very bad" chest discomfort for years to the point that even I, myself, can't touch my chest (the middle part) because it hurts. Even slight touch of pins or necklaces gives me discomfort. Sometimes when I really stretch my arms (like picking up a pen when I dropped it while sitting on my arm chair) there's this pain all over my arm and it can even reach my shoulders. I ought to seek suggestions or any ideas here first. Thank you

    Hey hate to hear you are also plagued with this pain that seems to not have any cure and Mds can't seem to diagnose. I wish I could tell you that my situation had gotten better since I have found the correct diagnosis. But I can say that I don't worry about it as much now and it doesn't seem to be as intense now that I don't think I am dying .. I have insurance that will start January 1st so I am going to try and find a Dr that is familiar with this and hopefully get some kind of relief or atleast a little more piece of mind . Do you have anymore personal information you care to share (age - previous injuries - ect )? I will let you know what if anything new I find out. Sorry can't be anymore helpful but I am having a difficult time getting answers my self.

      I'm actually 15 years old of age, I can say I am not that involved in physical activities. So far I never experienced any admission in a hospital though just went through a needle last year due to fatigue and fever (IV fluids and over the counter meds) Actually a couple of hours ago, I stretched a little then this pain troubled me again (it started from my the side of my ribs then to my left shoulders). 

      I hope you'll find answers just as I'm seeking some too. May you not be troubled again with this pain.

    I also having the chest pains since 2010, My Doctor can not give me a clear diagnosis of my sickness. I suspected COPD because I experience all the symptoms, but he said is not since COPD affects smokers, and i never smoked. He said i have a heart failer because i can not get enough oxygen(have shortness of breathe) my body retain water more especially my legs and feet, they swell. doing activity is an effort even to bath. I use home oxygen to sleep othewise I get blocked. for my swelling I use lasix pills to release the water I also get tired just to walk a short distance. I have accepted this codition because Doctors cannot assist me. is now 5 years! hope you get well man
