Very bad smelly wind after Gallbladder removal surgery

Hi

its been roughly 4 years after my gallbladder surgery and for the last year my wind has become extremely smelly, I've had no change in diet, how can I reduce to smell, its gotten really bad in the last few weeks and am not kidding when I say when I pop to the shops and back, the horrible smelly odour smell is still there, I've tried taking Gaston Neutralise and Adsorb Gas and also Advanced Pro Bio Cultures with Lactospore but does nothing at all.

Please advice me on what meds are good for treating this
