Very fast heart rate and shaking hands

I know i already wrote about this few days ago, but right now i'm still having really fast heart rate . Ever since i'm doing my first job interview in more than 4 years, my heart rate keep getting fast and my hands shaking again. I've been trying to go back doing what i used to do. But as i'm trying to learning my job again and get some inspiration on the internet, suddenly i feel like inadequate. It's like a realisation that i probably am not good at my job. It's the worst feeling! I feel like useless. Already take propranolol 10 mg but it seems doesn't work. It's almost late at night i'm very sleepy but i can't sleep. Please anyone calm me down.

Well done! Going job interview. Don't react now. Let feeling ride. It soon go down. Think on victory you just done! Might be helpful to hear this..fear trying limit you..make you stay where it safe because its know breaking out mean greater peace for you in the end..and you finding that itself really a mouse. Grab some phrases on net use as daily reminder. Be overcomer! X

Thanks! I try to relax. I woke up this morning feeling better but then gradually my heart beating very fast again and i'm hyperventilating. I'm glad i did the interview but the worry about how my skill to do the job triggered the anxiety. I feels like under pressured.

Let it beat. See it good workout for your heart. Hyperventilation.. Look in mirror do ever worse dramatic it! I do that at times. Kind of making fun of it. Practice more of no nonsense attitude and it okay for worry or slips ups. Let it run. Be okay mean you begin forgiving kindness to yourself. Enjoy today!

Breathe in and out deeply and your heart rate will slow down.  Have a lie down.  Remember this is just panic, nothing to worry about.  Deep breaths 👍🏻
