Very frightened husband. What do these results suggest?

My wife had a flexible cystoscope after 24 suffering years (since the birth of our daughter) of stress incontinence.

The report says: "very prominent bilateral urethral orifices mucosal folds question mark.

Treatment:

urgent rigid cystoscopy +/- retrograde studies+/-

biopsies."

I am terrified it is cancer.

My wife said there were two nipple like features, she can't remember if he called them lumps.

The practitioner didn't know what the abnormalities are. He did say it could be a kidney prolapse but didn't know what to make of them.

Can someone please help?

I have no personal experience of this but would say that if the stress incontinence has been going on so long and ties into the birth of your daughter that it is unlikely to be cancerous.

thank you Tazchurch. That makes me feel better. The not knowing is awful.

It is and it doesn't help when the professionals are at a loss, easy to think hiding something, know I did with something else but they weren't.
