Very Hot Feet at Night?

Hello! Recently at night I’ve been experiencing very hot feet. It’s normally in my left foot, but sometimes it’s in both. The surface of my foot is actually not warm to the touch, but it feels like the inside is on fire. I’ve tried everything- ice packs, sleeping with no covers on it, even elevating my foot -but nothing works. I’m confident that it’s not diabetes or neuroapathy, which is what Google told me (which is never a good idea to look at). If it helps, I’m still a teenager so I’m not sure if I’m susceptible to some things adults are. Thank you all so much!
